New flank steak recipe!

I tried this new flank steak recipe by skinnytaste last night and loved it!

I made a few tweaks to it, like adding 1/2 cup shredded basil instead of 1 tablespoon. Also, I didn't have red onion on hand so i used a sweet Vidalia onion. Instead of red tomato, I used brown sweet tomatoes that were special at my local Trader Joe's. I also served this over brown rice to make it a heartier dish.

It was super easy to make and I liked that there were barely 5 ingredients. That's about my speed at dinner time, when I'm trying to feed Brayden and cook at the same time (he hasn't been eating what I make for dinner so I'm still having to give him separate food).
