Easy Smoothie Recipe For Kids

Here is a fast and easy smoothie recipe that is toddler approved.

Brayden hasn't been eating many fruits and vegetables in their native form so I've had to be creative in what I've been feeding him lately. Here is the smoothie I've been making for him once a day!

Berry & Spinach Smoothie

  • 1 cup of Orange Juice

  • 1/3 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup non-packed fresh spinach leaves

  • 1/4 cup of yogurt (optional)

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend for about 1 minute. My Vitamix has a smoothie setting so I just use that and it ends up to be about 1 minute.

If you'd like to make this smoothie thicker you can add a cup of ice. It's easier for Brayden to drink it less thick so I usually omit the ice.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
